Delivery Information:

BasketCharm offers local delivery for $10.00 to businesses, offices and hospitals, Monday-Friday, within the Billings city limits.   We do not offer home delivery at this time.  Orders must be placed by 10 AM for same day delivery. Baskets ordered on the weekend or a holiday will be delivered the next business day.

All orders must include complete and accurate delivery information including company name, hospital room number, floor, apartment number, suite, etc.

BasketCharm is not responsible for incorrect delivery information.

Shipping Information:

BasketCharm offers shipping within the continental United States. We use USPS priority mail, normally delivered within 2-3 days for. The cost ranges from $7.55 to $18.90, depending on the size of the gift and the destination.  It is also important to note that we do not ship entire baskets due to the uncertainty of how the contents will travel, but rather, we present all of the items packed securely in a white box, tied up with a bow and a special charm. This ensures that all of our products arrive in great condition and enhances the experience of receiving a gift.

Returns:

BasketCharm cannot refund payment for a basket once it is ordered online and paid for because we start processing the order immediately.

If a shipped package is returned to BasketCharm for any reason regarding incomplete delivery information, no refund will be issued.

BasketCharm is not responsible for anything that happens to the delivered or shipped basket once it leaves our shop.  We know our baskets start their journey with quality products that are packed well, but we have no control over the shipping carrier, transit time, expected delivery date, bad weather, or poor handling. We will do our best to only ship on Monday-Wednesday, so that your gift won’t sit somewhere over the weekend.

Corporate/Customer orders of 3 baskets or more:

We keep just a small amount of inventory on hand, so you can be assured that only the freshest and most quality products are sent to your recipient.  If you need more than several baskets at a time, please call us directly at 406-598-4784.

For larger corporate orders, please allow 2 weeks between when you place an order directly with us and completed baskets.

Substitutions

If necessary, substitutions will be made with an item of equal or greater value.

Shipping chocolate during the warmer months, or to a warm climate, may require a substitution to replace the chocolate.
