Yes! We deliver within the Billings city limits Monday – Friday. This includes offices, businesses and hospitals. Home delivery is available on a limited basis. Please call to see if we can accommodate your request.
Do you ship?
Yes! We can ship within the United States. All basket items are carefully packed and presented in a white gift box instead of a traditional basket, and finished with ribbon and a special charm. We ship USPS priority mail only, usually arriving within 2 days at the destination.
Can you make a custom gift basket?
Yes! Give us a call at 406-598-4784 and let’s talk about it! We require a 3 day notice to give us ample time to prepare something special.
Do you have a retail store location?

What is the return policy?
All of the items placed in our baskets are carefully chosen and monitored for expiration dates. We are confident that when baskets leave the shop they are in pristine condition and packed well.Unfortunately, we cannot control or be responsible for what happens to our baskets in transit due to delays, weather, or poor handling. Because we process the order immediately, we are unable to offer returns/refunds once a basket is ordered, either online or by phone.
However, if you experience a problem, let’s chat about it. There may be something we can do to help you out. Our goal is happy customers and delighted recipients.
How much is the delivery fee?
Delivery within the Billings city limits is $10.00
Is a card included on the basket?
Yes, we attach an enclosure card, which has enough room for a short message, hand-written by a real person.
Do you have personalized ribbon?
Yes, for an additional charge, you can add a customized ribbon.
Can you put alcohol in a gift basket?
BasketCharm does not have the legal license to purchase alcohol and none of our standard baskets can have alcohol added to them. However, we can make arrangements to include almost anything, including your favorite bottle of wine or local micro brew, in our custom baskets. Let’s chat about it.
How do you keep your inventory fresh?
BasketCharm prefers to keep only limited quantities of products and would rather re-order more frequently than have items sitting on a shelf for long periods of time. This ensures the highest quality every time.
